Pictured references are a must, as i'm unable to work solely by a description.

PAYMENT can be done through Paypal and ko-fi. It comes after the sketch with no exceptions. All prices are shown in USD. No payment plans available. Haggling will put you in a blacklist.
REFUNDS may only be given if I'm unable to finish your request. It will be after paypal fees. Partial refunds are accepted, but they will reflect the amount of work done.
CHANGES during sketch phase, if minimal, are free of charge. Bigger changes may add a fee starting at 5$. Changes once coloring stage begins add a fee starting at 15$.
USAGE is strictly for personal use. I retain the copyright to each image I create and it might be used in future commission examples. Personal use means it doesn't gets any monetary profit for it (e.g., printing is only allowed for yourself. You could gift that print, not sell it.) - Currently, commercial rights are not obtainable.
TURNAROUND TIME can range from 1 week to 2 months. If something happens, I'll keep you in touch. RUSH FEES are available, and they depend on how little the time frame is. Starting at 5$.
FINISHED FILES Are all in 300 DPI. They can be sent through email, discord and google drive. It is up to the commissioner to choose which will be used.

HOLDS are usually 3 days MAX. If the bid goes up to 70$ they can be up to 2 weeks with a downpayment! downpayments are not refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS are available if bid is higher than 200$. Payment plans are not refundable.
REFUNDS are not available.
FREE DESIGNS/REDESIGNS* WILL have their rights given back to me if left unused for up to 2 months.
USAGE of any kind is OK as long as it's not for commercial use. Currently, commercial rights are not obtainable.
